Fix missing confirmation UI for getWeatherInformation tool
- Render ToolInvocationCard for every tool UI part instead of
only those on assistant-prefixed messages.
- Ensure the human-in-the-loop approval buttons appear so the
user can approve or reject weather lookups.
Only affect tools that require execution approval
removed the remaining json display after approving
