Fix for trigger matching

This PR is intended for the following reasons:

• the trigger and ID weights for hist tuple production should be included only if the correspondent corrections are required (no matter the stage)
• the trigger matching must be performed with the correct customization (if pT is bsc pt for example the matching must be done considering that pT)
• some minor bug fixes I found during first trial of new anatuple production
