Oh well sorry this was a bad window because the 1.24 was published the day before. Because the update of the Podman Desktop version to podman.io is a manual process, I opened an issue to say that it should be done asap after the release is done.

Yeah, guess I was the lucky one 😄

The bigger annoyance was more, that I went to the download page, because the update from the automatic update failed, so I thought to get a "clean" installer, which was unfortunately the old version.

The failure of the installer was likely due to AdminByRequest wreaking havoc for the admin permission.
