Some changes to prints that should get removed before merging.
But the actions stuff LGTM.

This moves CI from travis (RIP) to github actions. Currently there is a bug in the
setup-luaaction that causes luaJIT targets to fail, so I have omitted those for the time being. I have opened an issue and a PR to attempt to address this.
