Add IWindowsFormsEditorService so that it can be easily used to select colors at design time.
By setting attributes, any Color attribute can easily use ScreenColorPicker to pick the Color
This demo widget uses ScreenColorPicker in a dropdown in an exposed property called TranspColor in the Misc Category.
Overload the ScreenColorPicker constructor so it can be constructed without any arguments, and also with a IWindowsFormsEditorService object.
