Remove the upper bound on the numpy version (
<2.0.0) to be consistent withamicoanddicelibpackages. This modification required a patch in thetrk2dictionary.runfunction as the results were different due to changes to NumPy data type promotion, which made results differ slightly and, as a consequence, fail the tests.
