This PR archives the datajoint-tutorials repository and redirects users to the unified documentation at docs.datajoint.com.

  • Calcium Imaging → Domain/Calcium Imaging Tutorial

Rationale

All tutorial content has been migrated to the unified documentation repository (datajoint-docs) and updated for DataJoint 2.0. This repository is no longer maintained.

The unified documentation provides:

  • Better organization using Diátaxis framework
  • Updated 2.0 content
  • Search functionality
  • Version indicators
  • Integration with other documentation types (how-to, explanation, reference)

Next Steps

After merge:

  1. Archive the repository on GitHub
  2. Update repository description to redirect to docs.datajoint.com
  3. Add archived badge to repository

This repository is being archived as all tutorials have moved to the
unified documentation at docs.datajoint.com/tutorials/.

Changes:
- Prominent archive notice at top
- Clear redirect to new tutorial location
- Table mapping old content to new locations
- Links to all tutorial categories
- Migration guide link for legacy users
- Contributing instructions for new docs repo
- Support links

All content has been migrated and updated for DataJoint 2.0.
