This PR's add new dashboards to Grafana including all the ports we have currently.
Also, splits a bit different the folders allowing one shared folder with dashboards for both (blinklabs and txpipe) with common metrics (this could be improved in future) and some own folders with specific dashboards.
On the shared dashboards there is a variable
datasourcewhere you can switch between the available datasources.example_datasource.mp4
