release process

1. Ensure everything is comitted
2. Update the CHANGELOG.md
3. Update theme/package.json version
4. Commit & tag as vX.Y.Z
5. Build the zip ~ ./scripts/build.mjs & upload to Ghost
6. Upload the routes.yaml too if needed — URL
