Add database support

Partially implements #30, but I think this needs more work, specifically:

• Write tests for both new webhook and controller
• Add support for DatabaseReference
• Comments need to be checked to make sure they still make sense, as sed was used liberally upon this code

However it has been tested to successfully deploy database on both Cluster and ClusterReference
