Removed DefaultChangeFeedPillow from
app-processes.yml. After running update-supervisorconf the pillow should no longer run in our environments.This will require a changelog for third party hosters which I will add soon and will also have HQ component of it where we will rip out all the code and settings referencing that pillow which will be merged 6 weeks after changelog goes out.
