dpow season 6 activation
features to activate at S6 HF (tokens R-address, valid burn pk, nspv websockets support, assets cc royalty calc) Websocket integration to come after the security review of relevant libraries has been completed. This won't require a hard fork to activate and can be an optional (non-mandatory) update when we have reviewed it.
