Remove the need for the external build script Mason by using Rust's new assembly code macros. We use
global_asm!()for now to import assembly files during compilation though in future, we could switch toasm!()to inline assembly code within platform-specific source. The benefit of this is that we let the Rust toolchain handle the assembly and linking of .s filesFix zeroing of supervisor-level code BSS areas. We zeroed too much, overwriting data needed for dynamic relocation.
