This is only done in sqlparser/ and sqlines/ dirs, as they were
the only place I needed for now.
Example usage:
make CXXFLAGS="-fpermissive -g"
NOTE: -fpermissive is needed with gcc 7.2.0 or build fails
Reported errors are: Mismatched free() / delete / delete []
The current codebase is full of trailing spaces, so until it is cleaned up it is better not to force changes on every edit
Ported all pull requests opened against upstream master

NOTE: support is still incomplete, function parameter list is still closed too early
Affects both PostgreSQL and Oracle targets, with Informix inputs
otherwise start directly with output params
Support converting informix RETURNING to PostgreSQL OUT params

Otherwise build fails with GCC 7.2.0 due to comparisons between booleans and pointers (a few instances of these, should be changed to actually fix them)
