Currently, you can't actually install the whole stack with the instructions given. These
are the scripts I use. Ideally, the new wave of people can help make this into a functional
installation tool that doesn't depend on magic. It merely requires a hostcert (for the frontend)
and a user cert (that will be authenticated with the frontend)
