Some time ago the ImageShack upload plugin disappeared from the Ubuntu repository's distribution of shutter. So I grabbed it from a previous distro and here it is again, but I needed to fix the sort order of the returned image URLs, because perl doesn't sort hashes without Tie::IxHash. So here it is.
