Implement time to fly calculation for dive planning #440

This PR implements a comprehensive time-to-fly calculation feature that determines how long a diver must wait after completing a dive before it's safe to fly in an airplane.

Overview

The calculation is based on tissue nitrogen saturation levels and uses the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression model to determine when all tissue compartments have off-gassed to safe levels for aviation exposure.

Implementation Details

Core Calculation Engine

Tissue Class: Added getTimeToFly() method that calculates when individual tissue nitrogen levels return to configurable safe threshold
BuhlmannZHL16C Class: Added getTimeToFly() method that returns the maximum time across all 16 tissue compartments (most conservative approach)
Configurable threshold: Defaults to 0.869 bar (110% of ambient nitrogen pressure) but can be customized

Service Integration

DiveProfile & DivePlannerService: Integrated time-to-fly calculation into main dive planning API
Simple API: divePlannerService.getTimeToFly() returns time in seconds or undefined if > 5 hours

UI Enhancement

Dive Summary Component: Added time-to-fly display with smart formatting
User-friendly format: Shows "None", "30 min", "2 hr", "2 hr 30 min", or "> 5 hours"

Example Usage

// Use default threshold (110% of ambient)
const timeToFly = divePlannerService.getTimeToFly();

// Use custom conservative threshold
const conservativeTime = divePlannerService.getTimeToFly(0.80);

Testing

18 comprehensive tests covering all scenarios
Tests include surface conditions (0 time), recreational dives, and technical dives
UI component tests verify proper time formatting
All existing functionality continues to work unchanged

Technical Approach

The implementation uses an iterative calculation approach that:

Simulates tissue off-gassing at surface conditions over time
Checks when both nitrogen and helium levels reach safe thresholds
Handles all 16 tissue compartments with different half-life characteristics
Returns the most conservative (longest) time required

This follows standard diving industry practices for flying-after-diving calculations and provides divers with essential safety information for travel planning.
