I have a ROS2 interface package that consists purely of
idlfiles and I was unable to code-gen the ROS2-xtypes done inros2-mix-generator. After digging into the code I found it was not attempting to parse the files and so I have added that support here.I think I will try to upstream the code in utils/ros2-mix-generator/scripts/rosidl_parser_ext.py to the
rosidlset of tools.
