Intent

• An easy to build 'black box' DATV repeater
• Runs on a headless Mini PC (minimum spec t.b.a)
• Remote monitor and control from a Web browser over LAN or Internet
• No hardware encoder or HDMI switch and cables
• One LibreSDR for TX and RX
• BATC Stream input & output
• Carousel with morse ident and stereo tone
• Built in generated testcards, morse ident and stereo lineup tone
• A single .ini configuration file and 2 environment variables
