The
--skip-interproparam allows to skip theXREFSandREPRESENTATIVE_LOCATIONSprocesses. However, some PANTHER-specific actions are done inXREFS, including the family -> subfamily lookup, which we need in production.This PR replaces
--skip-interproby--skip-repr-locations: theXREFSprocess is always called and onlyREPRESENTATIVE_LOCATIONSbecomes optional.
