New pftools module for PROSITE and HAMAP

Create a pftools module for processes related to pfscan and pfsearch in order to address the following comment from #291:

As HAMAP and Prosite Profiles are both running the same pfsearch modules, I think these processes should be moved to a generic pfsearch module, like we have with HMMER, I think it would make it easier to future maintainers to keep the architecture standardised.
