also fix matching of non-recurring events to properly conform to RFC return true if and only if: filter [start,end) intersects event [start, end) handle properly case if start.IsZero() and/or end.IsZero() special handling for events with duration zero following table in: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4791#section-9.9

REPORT with event filter containing only start and no end (created by Davx5 for android) was not returning recurring events; this fixes the issue.
