Implemented time-step dependent force interpolation scheme (WT scheme) for suppressing numerical instability in relativistic drifting simulations according to Y. Lu et al., J. Comput. Phys 413, 109388 (2020). WT scheme can be switched on by the flag for preprocessor
DEFINES += $(D)WT_INTERPOLATIONin Makefile. Also added Maxwell solver M4 for fourth order accuracy for phase velocity in low k, which is mentioned in the appendix of that paper.Here are the custom manual particle load and input decks needed for reproducing the results in the paper.
