runs but desperately needs a Landau damping test. I haven't implemented it because I'd like to create a baseSpectrax adapter that generates the files and then, I'm likely to go down the multiple ADEPTModule route for a specialized post processing function for each (and likely state and args initialization as well) problem type, Ala Vlasov1D, and add Landau damping tests that way
