Basic Scene Format and Editor Tool

• scene file format
  • text-based script format which is simple to parse and simple to write or export
  • should only contain the positions and orientations of actors in a scene, not mesh data or texture data.
• editor tooling
  • should use ImGui with the Plush scene being rendered in a resizable window
  • actors can be selected and translated/rotated/scaled
  • materials can be edited with sliders or an colour picker
  • current colour palette should be shown next to rendered Plush window
  • configurable values for max actors in a scene and max lights in a scene
