vignettesfolder contains the files (numbered in order) used to generate data, including code documentation. The GitHub markdown (.md) vignettes contain the same instructions, but rendered in GitHub for ease of reading. Please take a look! - The
Rfolder contains the functions referenced in the vignettes. - The
data_outfolder contains the working copy example data used in the first vignette, 010_fishing_strategy_randomization. - The
datafolder contains the data used in the article (9 species) and the supplementary materials (18 species) which are referenced in the second vignette, 020_analysis. - The
figuresfile contains the raw figures modified in Adobe Illustrator for publication. The separate folders contain the documentation images referenced in the GitHub rendered (.md) vignettes.
