Instructions

Download all materials together. Open the fishcarbon.Rproj R project file and use the RMarkdown (.Rmd) files in the vignettes folder to generate and use data in data.

  • The vignettes folder contains the files (numbered in order) used to generate data, including code documentation. The GitHub markdown (.md) vignettes contain the same instructions, but rendered in GitHub for ease of reading. Please take a look!
  • The R folder contains the functions referenced in the vignettes.
  • The data_out folder contains the working copy example data used in the first vignette, 010_fishing_strategy_randomization.
  • The data folder contains the data used in the article (9 species) and the supplementary materials (18 species) which are referenced in the second vignette, 020_analysis.
  • The figures file contains the raw figures modified in Adobe Illustrator for publication. The separate folders contain the documentation images referenced in the GitHub rendered (.md) vignettes.
