with the avro bump the tests for the order of members of a union are failing

To stay in line with the spec, I guess we have to add a check here that the default value type matches the first type, is this correct ?

Does the spec allow a default that is of a type of other union branches now? Lets see...

Two candidates:

1. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-3847 Rust specific
2. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-3632 - this just states exactly what the failing tests assert...

Note that when a default value is specified for a record field whose type is a union, the type of the default value must match the first element of the union. Thus, for unions containing “null”, the “null” is usually listed first, since the default value of such unions is typically null
