📝 Summary
So far we only had published the client part of the protocol to handle remote bidding, now we have also the server side.
A sample bidding service (crates/rbuilder-operator/src/bin/tbv-bidding-service.rs) is provided using the TBV bidder.

This will allow better Buildernet testing.
