Fix: Serve static files in production with WhiteNoise #40

Adds the WhiteNoise library to serve static files in the production environment. The Waitress WSGI server does not serve static files by default, which caused "Not Found" errors for the UI's favicon and logo. - Adds `whitenoise` to `requirements.txt`. - Wraps the Flask application in `wsgi.py` with the WhiteNoise middleware. - Adds `venv/` to `.gitignore` to prevent the virtual environment from being committed.
