I like your website a lot and havebeen using it for my mod a lot, thanks a lot!! (if not too much of a repetition i mean anyways)

This is my (modest, or maybe not so modest i mean anyways, what i mean is i hope it helps and is useful i mean anyways) to your website.
Maybe it could be referenced in other civ4 help ressources?
I intend to compile such a list of links about how to mod civ4 and other ressources that can help players maybe (but not promised) (and i also intend to write my own compile instructions (for a mod called AdvCiv not for base civ4 bts), but it is unrelated, was just to mention, apologies if not needed for this PR)

Thanks again, hope this helps, thanks,

edit: used accidentally/inadvertedly i mean anyways in this case the wrong github account, it is me wonderingabout who committed these but did not apply --global in git bash git config user.name and user.email, now fixed but is done so not fixing this in this case i mean anyways, thanks,

… to website_home_page_english_translated

This website is very very good and useful to me, i wanted to provide
it in English so that most people can see it and benefit from it too
maybe.

I hope it is not too big of an issue that i put English first before
the original Japanese content, i would not want to discourage an
English speaking user if they see a page in Japanese and quit the
website without much thought. I added the Japanese screenshots
after too, i hope this can work fine like this, and i hope my
README addition helps in general, because i really like your
website and have been using it a lot (with translator power!! I
mean anyways), so i hope it can help others too maybe.
"copy relative path" on VS Code does not seem to provide the correct
link on the github repo readme page, but in the preview of the README.md
in VS Code the image was showing fine in the README.md (was it because it
was local relative path on my machine and not on the github repo? Maybe
this works now in any case maybe i mean anyways, comitting to test)
