I've upgraded everything i can.
I didn't upgrade HTTL, because i got an error with the template that i didn't understand - the compiler complains about an end tag which looks perfectly correct to me.
I also added a Gradle script which automatically upgrades the dependencies for everything that is distributed via Maven Central (actually JCenter, which is a superset of Maven Central). I understand if you don't want to merge this!
