Feature: binary request streaming

• Introduces raw binary/streaming request bodies via new content param on post/put/patch/delete (sync and async); enforces mutual exclusivity with body/files, and deprecates passing raw bytes via body
• Extends request types with BinaryTypes/AsyncBinaryTypes and adds content to FinalRequestOptions; request builder now forwards content and adjusts debug dump for Pydantic v1
• Adds tests for binary uploads (direct bytes, iterator, async iterator) and deprecation warnings
