I've also noticed that because of #65 this might not be feasible. I can also make add this into the go binary itself. |

This adds GitHub Actions workflows to test the build of this and also release it when a GitHub release is created. It currently only supports
darwin and linuxbut that can easily be updated. Now folks can directly download the release artifacts from GitHub instead of trying to build it themselves.For example of what this looks like, as it's an exact copy of: https://github.com/1efty/semtag/releases/tag/v0.0.4
