This version includes some minor refactoring and more documentation relative to what was run for the 43-subject test-retest HCP data analysis in "A reproducible pipeline for parcellation of the anterior limb of the internal capsule" (Sretavan et al.) We recommend pipeline users download the latest available version.

Version0.1.0 of this code is the original version utilized to analyze data included in the ALIC Tractography manuscript (Sretavan et al.). This analysis includes 43 young healthy controls from the WU-UMN HCP database (3T test & retest, 7T). This version is not packaged yet for public release and we recommend using the latest version.
