Here are two .rmd files analyzing Pritha Sen Olink data for sen_olink_human_blood_mpox_hbc05277. The technology was Olink Reveal. SenOlinkRept1.Rmd looks at initial qc. SenOlinkRept3.Rmd expands and modifies the QC workflow and proceeds with differential expression (abundance) of serum pproteins across 4 timepoints in one of the two datasets / experiments.
