SUMMARY
Correcting optimization_waiting_time check statement for tour_planning_api.py.
When I called the library at present like:
res = ls.solve_tour_planning(fleet=fleet, plan=plan, optimization_traffic="historicalOnly", is_async=True)
Always 400 bad request is returned, since unnecessary members in the data are added.
