Summary

Removed the old functions (essentialNumPlan, legacyEssentialPlan, essentialPlan) and migrated remaining functions to ESM. Updated the test file to test the remaining files formatResponseWithCommands, presentCredentialAttachments, configVarNamesFromValue, and databaseNameFromUrl.
