Upgrade Blazer version from 1.8.0 to 2.1.0 with following highlighted changes -

  1. Added support for Slack with V2.0.0
  2. Added Trend anomaly detection with V2.0.1
  3. Added forecasting with V2.0.1
  4. Added support for variable transformation for blind indexing with V2.0.2
  5. Require latest Chartkick to prevent possible XSS - see Possible XSS with Chartkick < 3.2 ankane/blazer#245 with V2.1.0

Breaking changes:
Dropped support for Rails < 5 with V2.1.0
