When building with clang's
-Wconversion,RealtimeObject<T, RealtimeObjectOptions::realtimeMutatable>gives an implicit conversion changes signedness warning, because the double-bufferstd::arrayis addressed with anint. This silences it by fixing the index type tosize_t.
