Gemma3 text fixes: Add expectations for MI325

What does this PR do?

This PR adds the proper expectation for MI355 GPUs. After this PR, only the Gemma3IntegrationTest::test_export_text_only_with_hybrid_cache test fails, which is due to #40316.
