This project is a conceptual real estate website called Nexter, showcasing a sleek and futuristic design layout built purely with HTML5 and CSS3 (Grid layout). The goal was to create a visually striking landing page for a fictional modern property agency with a strong emphasis on layout and design.

🚀 How to Use

1. Clone the repository:
