Added some direct links and (very) rough estimations of difficulty and comprehensiveness for tutorials I could find. Couple of typo corrections thrown in for free

I added tutorials links when I could find them, along with a very rough estimation of difficulty (probably quite subjective) and apparent comprehensiveness in the explanation (hopefully less subjective). Feel free to discard anything you find unhelpful.
I also grouped DEBIT with GRIMM and GRIMMER given how similar these tools are (and are even grouped together in Scrutiny). There's another pull request incoming with the example for DEBIT
