Introduces TVApp base class and supporting patches to enable registration, UI creation, and lifecycle management of custom TV applications. Harmony patches integrate custom apps into the TV home screen, handle app opening/closing, and ensure compatibility with both Mono and IL2CPP environments.
Introduces a SetupScrollRect method to enable horizontal scrolling for the TVHomeScreen's app button container when there are more apps than can fit on screen.
