This PR adds the badge that @infews does not intend to maintain this project. The badge links to http://unmaintained.tech/ containing a general text explaining that the project is not maintained any more.
I am not sure whether other forks (such as the one by @dwetteroth (https://github.com/dwetteroth/keydown)) really intend to continue maintaining the project. Thus, I did not link another repository.
