We have the assertion method
each_element, which verifies that all elements of a collection or an iterator satisfy given assertions. It is handy to have an additional method, that verifies that at least one element of a collectionn or an iterator satisfies given assertions.
Provide new method
any_elementto perform assertions an every element of a collection or an iterator. The assertion succeeds if at least one element of the collection or iterator satisfies the given assertions.
