Replace gopkg.in/yaml.v2 and gopkg.in/yaml.v3 with github.com/goccy/go-yaml in all package imports. The gopkg.in/yaml packages are archived and no longer maintained, while goccy/go-yaml is actively maintained and provides better performance and compatibility.
