This PR fix imports & exposed module with correct
__all__statements.Type checking tools are being confused by the usage of non-exposed module, this PR fix it.
To avoid an import loop,
Operationhas been moved to a sub module, but it still accessible viauas_standards.Operation, should users of this library use it ;)Follow #30
Should probably be relased as new major release only :)
