So now IIUC openapi_conversion is not a separate project anymore, it is just that its dependencies are defined as a separate group in the project?
But that sounds OK anyway, so LGTM

Yes correct, not sure it's worth it to manage it separately, especially for one dependency and knowing most of global tools already apply to it (like ruff) |

Switch openapi_conversion to use uv
Use a special dev group at the root of the project.
Side fixed the make test command as well that was not working.
Directly upgraded the only dependency to the latest version.
