1. Ported certonly_webroot from resource/provider to custom resource. 2. Lots of linting fixes. 3. Apache/Nginx detection is now driven via the services attributes rather than setting then as as of v7.0.0 the apache2 cookbook is now recipe-less so it can't be detected on the run list. 4. Removed dependancy on old cron cookbook to fix CHEF-25 deprecation issues. 5. Gemfile updated to lastest gem versions.
