@gabrielmlemes reestruturei um pouco os componentes e fiz algumas modificações pra deixar os componentes mais limpos e reduzir a quantidade de código.
O modal de adicionar uma nova solicitação mantive, mas vamos aplicar o componente de combobox para buscar e selecionar um paciente cadastrado no sistema.
